// CHALLENGE
Redesign Amazon Bookstore activations to comply with COVID-19 safety guidelines including sanitation and social distancing, while still delivering an engaging experience for customers.
// SOLUTION
The agency developed and produced in-store events that took place in Amazon retail stores across the country. These events were socially distanced experiences that included brand partner products, exclusive shopping opportunities and giveaways.
// EXECUTION
Multiple activations throughout the year included an Earth Day celebration to encourage consumers to grow their own vegetables and shop eco-friendly brands; a showroom of furniture from various brands where consumers could take a “Design Personality” quiz, and a holiday wellness gift box giveaway to help consumers start healthy daily routines at home.
// RESULTS
Participating brands included Mrs. Meyer’s, Method, Honest Co., Biolage, Bayer, Windex, Rivet, Stone & Beam, AmazonBasics, Claritin, and Philips. All brands saw an increase in brand awareness and sales. The combined events garnered over 66 million social impressions.
