POP-UP EVENT

// CHALLENGE

Design and execute COVID-safe, in-person events to promote the partnership between Amazon Halo and Halle Berry’s wellness and  fitness brand, rē•spin.

// SOLUTION

Allied Experiential designed and produced pop ups in all seven (7) Amazon Pop Up markets across the country. These experiences offered guests the opportunity to engage with the two like-minded brands and included a photo op inspired by Halle Berry’s own backyard.  At the Los Angeles Pop Up location for one day, Halle Berry surprised and delighted guests by joining them virtually on a large screen to tell them more about the partnership , her wellness journey and how the Halo band has helped her.

// EXECUTION

A Halle Berry-inspired  “evergreen” photo moment was set up in Amazon Pop Up stores in Chicago, Houston, Las Vegas, Seattle, Denver, Glendale and West Hollywood.   All locations featured exclusive deals on Halo bands and rē•spin products, along with scannable QR codes to learn more about the products.  The West Hollywood location featured a more built-out set with a larger lounge, branded bamboo back wall, a giant LED monitor featuring rē•spin content, and four walls detailing the respin pillars.   Guests were surprised and delighted for one day at the West Hollywood location by Halle Berry herself “beaming in” via a live-video feed.

// RESULTS

 Cumulative traffic at the Pop Ups over one month was more than 10,000 guests.
