COMEDY CLUB TOUR
Generate buzz and drive viewership among a diverse, multi-cultural audience for the premiere of the new Hulu sitcom, RAMY.
Allied Experiential produced a three-city comedy tour to Washington D.C., Detroit, and Houston, which featured performances by RAMY creator and star, Ramy Youssef, along with other cast members.
The agency produced and programmed the tour, including all staging, sound and light, scouting and securing all host venues, designing and producing all set and venue signage, staffing each event, and producing all premiums. Comedian and RAMY cast members, Dave Merheje and Steve Way opened each show with their own set. In addition, the agency oversaw audience development, ticketing and press.
The tour was completely sold out, with coverage in Washington D.C. by The Washington Post, RogerEbert.com, Al Jazeera, Voice of America. In Detroit by The Detroit News, The Metro Times, @RunLikeaHijabi, Hijab Talks Group, and in Houston by The Houston Chronicle, Third Rock Radio, AM 1070 KNTH, 2Loud Magazine, and The Al Rucker Show.
