// CHALLENGE
Strengthen WE tv’s relationships with advertising agency executives during the Upfronts season and showcase the network’s upcoming slate of programming.
// SOLUTION
Allied Experiential designed and set up a WE tv-branded juice bar that offered a selection of fresh-pressed juices to executives at select ad agencies in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Boston while introducing them to the network’s latest programming.
// EXECUTION
Allied Experiential created a modular juice bar, with colorful WE tv branding and signage, that traveled to advertising agencies in key target markets. The bars featured juice from local and highly-rated vendors in each of the select cities. WE tv’s upcoming programming was woven into the menu item names. AEX acted as a liason with all agencies and coordinated all logistics with each agency, staffed all events, produced all materials, including a souvenir tumbler.
// RESULTS
The bar served over 2,500 agency employees. The success of the events led to expanding the program to agencies in Los Angeles and Boston and led to a multiple-year campaign.
